The Mage is a settler NPC that is found in villages or dungeons. In villages his services may be used, or he could be recruited once the player had progressed far enough. In dungeons he can be found tied up and in need of rescue for recruitment. More than one Mage can be found in any single dungeon.
The Mage can do hauling, crafting, forestry and farming tasks.
The Mage has a shop and he can Enchant the player's Tools, Weapons, Armor and Trinkets, for a sum of gold.

In exchange for Coins, the player can Enchant their gear.
