Cosmetics

Cosmetics are items that change the player's appearance when placed in cosmetic slots in the inventory. A new player starts with two default cosmetic items, a shirt and shoes, which will have colors chosen by the player for their clothing upon character creation. If you accidentally discard these items, you can buy them again from the Stylist, as well as a wig that matches your hairstyle.

Cosmetic slots in the inventory

Most cosmetic items can be purchased from the Traveling Merchant. The Stylist and the Farmer also sell cosmetics. Some cosmetic items are given by the Elder as settlement quests rewards.

Equipment such as armor placed in cosmetic slots does not provide any bonuses.
