Spider Empress is the third Incursion Boss, it can be spawned with the boss portal that appears after completing the Spider Castle Incursion, or using a Crown of Spiderkin while inside the Incursion.
The Spider Empress is a large, fast-moving spider boss.
It appears as a larger, bluer, robed and more humanoid version of the Queen Spider, a earlier, pre-Fallen Wizard Boss. It has a noticeable crown on it's head, although not the actual Crown item.
