Boars are the male counterpart to Pigs. They can be domesticated and raised by players.
A Boar drops Raw Pork when killed.
Unlike other animals, Boars are not in the wild, additionally they cannot be obtained from villages, instead they can be obtained when bought from visiting Farmers and visiting Animal Keepers, or alternatively they have a chance to spawn in the "Homestead" preset
By using ropes, they can be led and fenced in to create a pen.
Boars can breed when put along pigs. A single tame Boar can breed with many pigs, as long they're also tame and ready to breed. To tame a Boar, it needs to be fed Wheat for a prolonged time by hand or using a nearby Feeding Trough.
