The Mission Board is used to send Settlers on mission automatically. Settlers will take money to go on missions from Settlement Chests so ensure they can access a chest with Coins in them.
Multiple Mission Board will just open the same menu and won't give any more slots.
Players get the first one free by completing the "kill The Cursed Crone" quest, and any more copies can be purchased from the Elder after.
