The Hand Cannon is a gun that is dropped by the Pirate Captain or bought from the Broken Pirate.
Instead of using regular bullets, it uses cannonballs. The explosion does not deal damage to the world, but it will damage yourself.
The explosion does a lot less damage than a direct hit, but it can deal damage through walls.
