Abyssal Cloak is a consumable item that permanently increases your max item sets to 4. If you use it while you have less than 3 item sets (or before using the Demon Cloak or Arcane Armory), your item set maximum will be increased to 4, and you won't be able to use the Demon Cloak or Arcane Armory. It is dropped by the Fallen Wizard.
