Arcane Armory is a consumable item that permanently increases your max item sets to 3. If you use it while you have 1 item set (or before using the Demon Cloak), your item set maximum will be increased to 3, and you won't be able to use the Demon Cloak.
It can be crafted at the Demonic Workstation.
