Wormhole Locket is a consumable item that permanently increases your max trinket slots to 8. If you use it while you have less than 7 trinket slots (or before using Wizard Socket, Empty Pendant, or Pirate Sheath), your trinket slots will be increased to 8, and you won't be able to use the Wizard Socket, Empty Pendant, or Pirate Sheath. It is a settlement quest reward and can only be used once.
