The Wise Painting (also referred to as the Secret Painting) can only be found in the secret path that opens in the Deep Desert Caves after defeating Sage and Grit.
The Wise Painting is located within a tiny room that opens directly off of the path. The room also contains Coin Stacks and Vases. The door to the room can be hard to see, so to help find it, the player can use a Treasure Potion to highlight the Vases inside.
