Stamina[edit]
the player has stamina which is used with some Ability Trinkets
stamina has a both a drain and a recovery rate of around 4 seconds.
if it reaches 0 the player will be unable to use the ability of the Ability Trinket until it reaches 100% which is around 4 seconds
