The Counter Gate is a Logic Gate which increases its internal count by 1 every time it receives an input signal, and outputs a signal upon reaching its max count.
The Counter Gate can have up to 3 inputs, to increase / decrease / reset the count. The current count can be seen by hovering the cursor over the gate. The max count can be set, up to 256. Upon reaching the max count, the next increase signal sets the count to 0.
