A gate that when you input a signal, it will output a signal after the specified time for the same length as the input signal. It will remember how long you had the input signal on and will give the same length of output up to a max of the specified time after turning off the input. It can be set to wait between 10 and 200 ticks (ie. between 0.5 and 10 seconds).
It is similar to the Delay Gate, with one main difference. If the input of the Buffer Gate changes twice during the buffer time, the output will still change accordingly.
