Easter egg in reference to RimWorld's tamable but formidable and often mercurial beast.
The crest on its head is a razor, which - when provoked - it uses to kill the player, often in one hit.
When killed, drops Thrumbo Horn. Upon activation, it allows the player to summon a miniature pet Thrumbo.
