The Recipe Book is a tool to find the recipe for any item in the game.
It also has the functionality of the Crafting Guide to retrieve all the recipes of materials you have. To use it, right click it to open the Recipe Book window. Type in the search bar or put an item in the slot to filter the list.
It can occasionally be sold by the Exotic Merchant.
