The [[Carapace Dagger]] is a throwing knife crafted at the [[Tungsten Anvil]]. The carapace dagger is a weapon that deals melee damage. Throwing '''{{FULLPAGENAME}}''' does not consume it and the projectile will home in on enemies too. It's very consistent (homing in on enemies from a range) and somewhat impressive damage, along with the fact that it is a melee weapon allowing the player to wear melee armor that frequently have high defense and [[Resilience]], makes it a very strong weapon for the rest of the game.
