Other NPCs
Not all NPCs are recruitable. Some unrecruitable NPCs may visit your settlement.

scope="row"|Name || Notes
<div style="text-align: center;">Exotic Merchant|| Visits your settlement from time to time
<div style="text-align: center;">Pawnbroker|| Unrecruitable after V0.32, found in NPC villages.
<div style="text-align: center;">Friendly Witch|| Found in Swamps Surfaces

NPC Death
If a settler dies during a Raid Event or from monster attacks, they do not respawn, but the same type of settler has a very high chance to arrive soon after to be recruited.

Bosses that spawn when summoned such as Evil's Protector or Ancient Vulture can also kill settlers, be wary of summoning these too close to your Settlement.

NPC management
NPCs can leave your town if they're hungry or unhappy.
To feed them, place a storage item such as a chest or cooler and set it as communal storage (to do this, click on the little green house in the top right corner). NPCs consume 100 nutrition points every 20 minutes and unlike players, their hunger is not affected by their actions. To keep them happy, you can ask them how they're feeling and respond to their requests. It's possible to have them sleep in more than one house, but their happiness will diminish.

Adventure Party
You can add NPCs to your Adventure Party to follow you to mines and incursions. They fight enemies and bosses for you.

You should have the following in the adventure party inventory:
*Health Potions - So they can heal
*Food - To Eat and keep them from starving (their nutrition drainage doubles when they are in an adventure party!)
*Buff Potions - If you want them to have buffs
*Recall Scrolls - So they can teleport home in case their HP drops too low (but this is not guaranteed; NPCs may get killed before having a chance to do so)

The HP of bosses are increased when you have NPCs in your Adventure Party.

Other NPCs
Not all NPCs are recruitable. Some unrecruitable NPCs may visit your settlement.

scope="row"|Name || Notes

The Hand Cannon is a gun that is dropped by the Pirate Captain or bought from the Broken Pirate.
Instead of using regular bullets, it uses cannonballs.
Due to the expensive ammo cost of one Iron Bar per Cannon Ball, it is heavily recommended to equip the Ammo Box trinket while wielding this weapon.
Sage and Grit are the penultimate bosses (excluding Incursions) and can be summoned with Dragon Souls at a pedestal found in Deep Desert Caves.

Fight
When spawned, Sage and Grit will appear and circle the player for a few seconds. Then they will both try to charge at the player several to deal damage. Eventually, they will join into a "Circle" around the player and shoot a line of fire from their heads.

They will repeat this cycle until you kill one of the dragons. The other will become more aggressive, ramming at you much faster and harder. Because of this, its reccommended to kill both of them at the same time so that they wont enrage.

They are immune to Fire and Poison, such as the one caused by the Sand Knife, and go through walls.

Notes
Piercing weapons, Such as the Shadow Beam, are much more damaging to the dragons.

Galvanic Hammer is the strongest melee weapon option against the dragons, but only when used with Bone Hilt.
You can negate most of the damage from the charging if you use a shield and block them.
