The Void Bag is a pouch of 40 regular inventory slots, an upgraded version of the Void Pouch. It's given to the player by the Elder as a unique settlement quest reward from defeating the Fallen Wizard. In contrast with the rest of the pouches, the Void Bag is not sold by the Traveling Merchant.
Having a second Void Bag is useless, as they will share their inventory. Also the inventory is shared with Void Pouch's inventory.
