The Advanced Workstation is a Crafting Station used to craft the highest tier weapons and items, as well as all recipes from Workstation, Demonic Workstation and Forge.
You need to unlock the Deep Caves to mine Tungsten Ore and to craft the Advanced Workstation. The Advanced Workstation can also be found as furniture within the Abandoned Castle Mini Biomes within the Deep Caves.
